Tiếp đó, cho dứa vào khuôn nướng bánh tròn để khi sấy dứa tạo hình bông hoa. Tiếp tục cho dứa vào lò sấy ở nhiệt độ 100 độ C, sấy khoảng 30 phút hoặc đến khi dứa khô tạo thành hình bông hoa.
Tắt lò, cho dứa ra ngoài để nguội, sau đó cho vào lọ thủy tinh đậy kín nắp dùng dần bạn nhé!
