Múi mít đã bỏ hạt đem thái sợi nhỏ dài rồi cho vào một đĩa nhỏ. Ngâm hạt é vào nước lọc cho nở.
Củ năng gọt vỏ, rửa sạch, cắt hạt lựu. Cho củ năng vừa cắt vào trộn đều với bột năng. Đun sôi nồi nước, cho củ ăng đã áo bột năng vào nồi, nấu đến khi lớp vỏ ngoài các hạt có màu trong thì vớt ra, để ráo nước.
Cho đường thốt nốt, 2 chén nước lọc và lá dứa vào nồi, đun sôi trong khoảng 10-15 phút cho đường tan và lá dứa ra nước.
Đổ vào nồi khác 2 lon nước cốt dừa, 3 muỗng canh sữa đặc và 200ml sữa tươi đun sôi với lửa nhỏ rồi thêm nước đường đã đun vào, khuấy đều rồi tắt bếp. Để nguội rồi cho vào tủ làm lạnh.
Cắt nhỏ thạch trái cây cho vào chén, thêm hạt trân châu, xoài, hạt é, rưới thêm nước cốt dừa mát lạnh là có thể dùng.
