Đổ vào nồi khác 2 lon nước cốt dừa, 3 muỗng canh sữa đặc và 200ml sữa tươi đun sôi với lửa nhỏ rồi thêm nước đường đã đun vào, khuấy đều rồi tắt bếp. Để nguội rồi cho vào tủ làm lạnh.
Cắt nhỏ thạch trái cây cho vào chén, thêm hạt trân châu, xoài, hạt é, rưới thêm nước cốt dừa mát lạnh là có thể dùng.
