Ngâm nho khô với rượu rum trắng trong chén từ 4-5 giờ. Sau đó, vớt nho khô ra, để riêng.
Đập trứng gà ra chén, tách lấy lòng đỏ trứng, thêm đường trắng vào, đánh đều. Nấu sữa tươi không đường và kem whipping trong nồi đến khi sữa sôi quanh mép nồi.

Tắt bếp, cho nho khô và rượu rum đen vào, khuấy đều. Cho kem vào tô, đặt vào ngăn đá tủ lạnh. Cứ 2-3 giờ, lấy kem ra, dùng nĩa đánh tơi lên, cho lại vào tủ lạnh.
Múc kem ra chén hoặc ly và dùng ngay. Vị mát lạnh, thơm của kem kết hợp với nho khô chắc rằng sẽ làm mọi người thích cho xem.
