Trái bơ bóc bỏ vỏ, thái lát mỏng. Trái quýt bóc sạch vỏ, có thể gọt sơ 1 lớp mỏng phần múi quýt, sau đó đem thái thành những lát mỏng theo chiều ngang.
Rau xà lách rửa sạch, cắt khúc ngắn. Hành tây thái lát nhỏ. Trong chén nhỏ trộn đều hỗn hợp dầu giấm gồm: 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh mật ong, 1.5 muỗng canh giấm (hoặc 2 muỗng canh nước cốt chanh), khuấy cho muối tan rồi cho vào 4 muỗng canh dầu ô liu, chút tiêu, khuấy đều.
Xếp các nguyên liệu đã cắt ra đĩa. Phết lên chút phô mai Ricotta, cuối cùng rưới hỗn hợp dầu giấm lên nữa là được nhé! Khi dùng trộn đều lên.
