Mì chiên giòn tan với thịt bò xào rau củ siêu ngon, là sự kết hợp tuyệt vời cho bữa ăn tròn vị. Món ăn thích hợp cung cấp cho các bữa sáng đầy đủ dưỡng chất và năng lượng.
Mì chần sơ vào nước sôi khoảng 1 phút rồi với ra để ráo. Thịt bò rửa sạch, cắt lát mỏng vừa ăn rồi ướp với 1/2 muỗng canh bột bắp, 1 muỗng canh dầu mè, 2 muỗng canh nước tương trong khoảng 15 phút.
Bông cải xanh, măng, nấm rơm rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ vừa ăn. Bắp non và đậu Hà Lan cắt bỏ đầu, rửa sạch.
Đun nóng 200ml dầu ăn, cho mì vào chiên đến khi vàng giòn thì vớt ra để ráo dầu rồi cho ra đĩa.
Phi thơm 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm với 15ml dầu ăn rồi cho bông cải xanh, đậu Hà Lan và bắp non vào xào đến khi bông cải xanh chuyển sang màu xanh đậm thì cho nấm và măng vào. Tiếp tục xào cho nguyên liệu chín thì cho ra đĩa.
Trong chảo khác, tiếp tục phi thơm 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm với 15ml dầu ăn rồi cho thịt bò đã ướp vào, đảo nhanh tay rồi cho phần rau củ vừa xào vào, đảo đều khoảng 2-3 phút rồi tắt bếp. Cho hỗn hợp lên phần mì đã chuển bị sẵn là có thể thưởng thức.
